Hello world,

I'm Sinie Duncan, owner of Fearless Inner Authority Arts. I am a native of Washington, DC, Mom of an amazing son and self taught abstract artist.

I have always had an affinity for fine art and could immerse myself for hours in a trip to any number of museums in DC. My personal journey into becoming an artist began shortly after the world was engrossed in the COVID 19 pandemic. Painting and teaching my son to paint became my way to bond with him and to find a source of beauty in what seemed to be a somber world. What I found during these times was that I was good. Really good! In an effort to grow in the discipline, I enrolled in online classes to learn new techniques and to better understand art as a whole. As my knowledge grew, my creativity grew and I began applying what I'd been learning to what I felt instinctively.

Fearless Inner Authority Arts was created as a leap of faith, after I was given two terms to describe me as a person, Fearless and Inner Authority by one of my spiritual leaders.

So now, here I am, constantly learning, never letting good be my best and working to one day join the ranks of Artists that I have long admired, Georgia O'keefe, Basquiat and Alma Thomas to name a few.

Thank you for joining me on this never ending, but completely fulfilling journey into sharing my creative vision.
